Our Policy
Returning Rented Items

• Place the complimentary return label on the package we provided.

• Drop it at any USPS facility.

• Make sure you return it on time. It is crucial that we receive the items back on time so we can ensure availability for the next bride.

• You must return your package on your last day of the rental as noted on your return label by 12:00 pm (noon).

• This ensures your package will be scanned and return to us on time. Use the same package we provide with its boxes or pouches, we recycle and it will protect them during travel.

• A penalty of $10 will be charged to you for each day the pieces are late. If you don't have the return label contact us ASAP by email at

Send back any packaging, boxes, pouches with your returns
so they can be recycled and reused.

Our Policy
Returning Purchased Items

• Purchases–excluding items listed as “sample sale” or “final sale”– may be sent back for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be credited to your account, generally within 3-5 days of arriving back at our warehouse.

• A $6.95 restocking fee (+tax) will be deducted from the refunded amount for each returned item.

• Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived. Exchanges are not accepted.

• Shipping costs to return the article is at your own expense. If the item received is damaged, defective, or not as described, please get in touch at
